Graham Mc Cabe
Founder, Deal Originator and Operator.
Graham McCabe brings a rare combination of hands on construction experience and structured property investment expertise to Heruso Group. His career began with a bricklaying apprenticeship straight from secondary school, followed by running his own contracting business and delivering residential builds across the full lifecycle. He later retrained as a gas and electrical engineer to extend direct control over refurbishment and development quality, and has worked with established mentors to build expertise in deal sourcing, deal packaging, and creative finance strategies including buy, refurbish, refinance, and hold structures. That ground level construction knowledge is what allows Heruso Group to underwrite development costs accurately rather than relying on third party estimates.
Connor Gribbin
Co-Founder, Project Manager
Connor brings over 15 years of professional project management experience, including oversight of large scale commercial developments with contract values reaching up to £100 million. His background provides Heruso Group with the operational and managerial discipline required to execute development and structured finance projects at scale, managing timelines, contractors, and delivery to an institutional standard. Based in Desertmartin, Mid-Ulster, Connor anchors the execution side of the business.

Lisa Anderson manages accounts across the group's full property portfolio for both Heruso Group and Mac Properties, from the financial side of individual investments through to the day to day administration of the rental properties themselves. She has been with the group since Mac Properties was founded, keeping the numbers behind every project accurate from acquisition through to ongoing management.

Marketing
Monica Rose leads marketing, social media, and advertising across both Heruso Group and Mac Properties, managing brand presence and investor-facing content for both businesses. She has been with the group since Mac Properties was founded, giving her a consistent, long-standing understanding of how both ventures are positioned to investors and the wider market.
